I write essays investigating pressing matters of our era.
We are living in a time of unparalleled instability, complexity, access, possibility, and algorithmic insinuation. It is a confusing and frightening, buoyant and pregnant time. My writing is crafted to facilitate sensemaking and engender promise.

I work with select individuals one-to-one.
I offer work I refer to as psychospiritual advising to a small group of individual clients. This work centers on core themes of individuation, integration, and sovereignty to assist in bringing people to a state of sturdiness and clarity.
